After hearing Paul speak on Ben Greenfields podcast, he immediately peaked my interest. I am a health and fitness professional, and like so many others, I was following what is supposedly a ‘healthy diet’, but then Paul comes along and completely blows my mind with the potential harm that plants can cause us humans! This isn’t just anecdotal, Paul has all the research, papers, and knowledge bombs to back this all up. But not only that, he himself has been following the carnivore diet whilst tracking all his markers at the same time, and sharing them. The more I listen to Paul, the more I believe that we are indeed preferred meat eaters, and thrive better eating animals. This information dives deep into the science, and gives you all the confidence you’ll need to effectively try this way of eating. Thank you Dr Rad-Saladino for all the amazing content you provide, and for daring to go against the grain (pardon the pun), where others dare not go. This is the leading guy in all things carnivore 🥩

I love Dr. Saladino’s positivity, evidence-based reasoning, and open-mindedness as he discusses topics that often result in overly emotional, dogmatic debates.
