Want to love this podcast!
I’m apoe4/4 and meat-heavy/ carnivore. I was so excited for this podcast! But unfortunately it was too deep of a dive! So many of us that are apoe4 homozygous want real life help! There was so much deep, theoretical discussion in this podcast, that I didn’t come away with much real life help. Thank you for trying but please remember that most of us aren’t MD’s.

More reviews of Paul Saladino MD podcast
Perhaps one of the most intelligent and interesting health podcasts out there. As a nurse practitioner myself, I’m constantly interested in shaking up the status quo of medicine and seek true health and wellness. Dr. Paul Saladino is inspirational, and I encourage everyone to listen!

Paul’s calm and reasoned approach to health and well being is second to none. No hype, no mudslinging, no BS, just great information from all aspects of health science. Quickly became one of my top podcasts.
