Love this podcast. Intelligent and enthusiastic.
Since going Keto a year ago and transitioning to 98% Carnivore in March, I have sought out credible information to support my new lifestyle choices. Dr. Paul Saladino is one of my resources. I eagerly listen to all the information he puts out there. I truly enjoy and appreciate the enthusiasm he has for changing the way we view our diet and health and intelligently arguing against a lot of what we have been taught about how we should be eating.
