Recently I have been making some trips from Louisiana to Missouri, where we just purchased some property, and have listened to the last 16 podcasts while on the road. You guys are always entertaining and incredibly informative. I will make sure to take the things I have learned, and will learn, and put them to practice on our new family ranch.
For episode 59, I do feel that you left a very common caliber out, .30-30. Growing up in the hard timber in Southern Missouri, this was what I learned to hunt with and would argue that there isn’t a better brush gun out there than a good ol’ lever action .30-30 when you’re in the thick stuff and your shots aren’t extending past 100 yards.
