“I grew up running dogs and definitely miss it. Those who are against it should spend a day listening to the dogs run before they lobby against this traditional way of hunting. I do not think dogs will run deer off of your private land. I wish I knew how many days in the row we would jump the same buck out of the same thicket. We owned 70 acres of private pasture land in the middle of thousands of dog running club it was amazing the amount of bucks we had that would run to the beaver ponds to loose the dogs.”
