Inspirational podcast!
GardenFork has been a great motivator for me to learn new skills and try new things. I found it in 2008 when, along with many others, I lost my job. I was searching for interesting ways to make the budget stretch--like making bread for the first time and Gardenfork's video made me realize I didn't need to be trained baker to do so. Eric's easy going, not everything is going to go perfect, demeanor was a welcome contrast to the uber-polished FoodNetwork stars--who I love but will never be! The personal interaction you get (yes, he does answer all of his mail!) really makes Gardenfork feel like an old friend and not just some podcast. So what are you waiting for? Go download the show!
