The voice of reason this world needs!
As the mom of a gender confused autistic teenager, Stella and Sasha have helped to give me hope in this polarized world, that there are people out there giving balanced and thoughtful discussion and care to this issue and genuine concern for these kids. The extreme right and left have both lost their minds (I say this as someone who has always been progressively liberal…..but I am starting to wobble due to this issue). Both sides are gathering more and more people into their polarized ideological worlds, when what we need is rational and empathetic discourse on the serious issues at hand. This podcast does just that, discussing the world in which our vulnerable kids are growing up in now and why we are seeing so many kids, often temporarily, falling into this gender questioning trap, and some of them with scars for life. They interview trans and detrans people, and professionals who are working with these kids or are connected to this issue in some way. They take on so many individual facets of this dilemma with such a skillful hand, and each episode is as fascinating and eye-opening as the one before. I can’t thank these women enough for being the light the world needs in these dark times for our kids.

I look forward to each episode of...Read full review »

It is coming from the angle of psychology, science, sociology and a sort of anthropology, and it is relevant and germane to all belief systems. The two psychotherapists hosting...Read full review »
