Thank God For Fanny!
Fanny was a hidden gem of 1970s rock and roll that faded into the background of our collective consciousness till right now. Many like myself are wondering how this band could ever have been forgotten considering it pioneered much of the movement for women in rock. I listened to Ain’t That Peculiar about a week ago and couldn’t believe this was my first time hearing these incredible musicians. It feels like the right time to be talking about Fanny and I couldn’t be happier that you decided to create this podcast. Xxxx! Fanny forever.

Fanny should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. One view of Fanny’s Beat Club video and you’ll rank them right up there with The Beatles. They’re my Beatles.

They go into two songs and give behind the scenes backstories about the recordings. Alice is so much fun to listen to. Wish Nickey was more involved! We do get Jean and June though.
