“Congratulations on your #500 podcast! Me and my husband have been listening to your podcast for a little over two years. It changed our life plan. We decided to take a risk, retire from our good stable government jobs, and get into the industry! We purchased one big house the first year and did very well. We recently purchased our second (both of these are lake houses in the same area).
