“After reading Richard Kiyosaki's Rich Dad book, I wanted to learn more about getting out of the rat race through real estate investing. I'm so glad I found this podcast! Not only does it provide unbelievably valuable and timely information, but Judson and Lynn are wonderfully authentic people who also show the human side of investing. “I have listened to about a year's worth of shows in the past three months. It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of each show is devoted to inane banter or infomercial sales job.
