“I would like to expand my first review>>> I have been listening to the Voss's for awhile now and I cant tell you the wealth of knowledge I have gained from them. I am using the podcast also to help my wife become more educated about what I know and will soom be practicing. From the interviews to the real-life "Dare to be Dumb" section, this podcast by far is the best. My wife understands alot more and is more accepting to me starting in the REI world upon getting relocated to New York. All due to the educational information the the Voss's have put together and continue to put together for all of us listening. I would like to first thank The Voss's for their efforts to get more information out to people just starting out! I am brand new to real estate investing and dont even have my own first house yet. I have always thought renting more suitable for me right now(How stupid I am). Well I'm moving to the state of New York at the end of the year(2006) and will start investing with all the knowledge I have learned from the Voss's and others.
