“I have honestly tried so many and this one is the best. I struggle a lot with falling asleep as i tend to overthink and stress over the most stupid things! But this podcast has really helped me to stop focusing on pointless things and just listen to the story, not once have i made it through the whole thing without sleeping (which says a lot!). Also it has defo made me want to visit a venetian lagoon and Lake Tekapo haha”
