“Truly a wonderful podcast. I loved the idea as soon as I heard about it (on reddit)! I have to be honest, I was a bit skeptical on how it would affect my sleep or if it would help at all but I have to say I have been having amazing, deep sleeps ever since I have been listening to this. All of the stories are so dreamy and all the voices are easy and nice to listen to. I also really appreciate how the host does a bit of a meditation before you listen to get you nice and comfy and relaxed. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who loves to have a good sleep and is looking for something different to help them have a more rested and cozy sleep!”
