The two presenters are lovely guys, do their research and are articulate. I loved the Jonathan Ross ep, because it was through a review of his that I actually got into Ghibli. However, I struggle to relate to their opinions of the films. The analysis is so short and factual. I wish there was more emotional engagement with the films and that they had more guests, especially more female ones. I haven’t listened to all the episodes and I will persevere, but perhaps there is room in the market for a similar podcast which addresses these issues.
