“Fantastic podcast covering the A Song of Ice & Fire book series (which is based on the TV show, A Game of Thrones, as the hosts make clear 😃). The podcast covers the books in a different style to other podcasts, taking the story one character at a time, and going through all of their chapters.
The hosts do a great job of providing different perspective on the events & characters, and the style of going through an entire character arc allows a in depth discussion of each character, their motivations and the events that shape them.
I’m currently catching up on the series having only started a couple of months ago, and I’m just finishing off the Catelyn episodes. I have to say, the balanced view of Cat has been excellent, it has helped me to rethink my opinions without going too far the other way.
I’m really enjoying listening and would recommend to anyone interested in the show (or spin off book series).”
