News and Notes About "Magic Stocking" * Magic Stocking first premiered on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries December 6, 2015. * David Winning directed “Magic Stocking.” Winning is a veteran film and television director. He currently has 81 directing projects and some of his work includes movies like “Field Day,” “You, Me & the Christmas Trees,” and “The Nine Kittens of Christmas.” * The script for this movie was written by Buddy Baron. Buddy has just three screenwriting credits and they are all Christmas movies. * “Magic Stocking” stars Bridget Regan as Lindsay. For Hallmark, Regan also starred in the 2017 “Christmas Getaway.” She’s been in a ton of other projects outside of the network, like “The Rookie,” “Jane the Virgin,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “White Collar.” * Victor Webster stars as Scott. We last saw Webster in “One Bad Apple: A Hannah Swensen Mystery” and while being a familiar face on the network, he has been seen in other projects like “Workin’ Moms,” “Minx,” and the sci-fi series “Motherland: Fort Salem.” Fun fact you might not have known about Victor Webster: he’s 6’5” so says the internet AND you can request a Cameo message from him starting at $55. * Iris Quinn appears as Lindsay’s mom Donna. Quinn has 82 acting credits with several appearances on Hallmark, like “Campfire Christmas,” “Open By Christmas,” “Raise a Glass to Love,” and “Chesapeake Shores.” * Fred Henderson plays Mayor Fred. Henderson recently appeared with Victor Webster in last year’s “Mystery on Mistletoe Lane.” He has a whopping 155 acting credits including “Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Impossible Dream,” “The Christmas Waltz,” and “Open By Christmas” which also stars co-sstar Iris Quinn. * Imogen Tear plays Hannah. She is probably best known for playing Hattie in 3 seasons of “When Calls the Heart.” Imogen is now 20 years old and will appear in an upcoming movie called “Incoming.”
