“I just found this podcast today, and it’s great! I’m also in the “no lip kissing family members” camp. I think it’s so gross. Also, as far as babies go, it’s recommend to never kiss them on the lips because adults can transfer rsv, which is so dangerous, esp for newborns. I kissed my babies allll the time, but not on the lips. Also, just a heads up, when older babies/toddlers first learn to kiss, it’s almost always with open mouths, moving their heads side to side. It’s so sweet but also soooo slobbery and gross 😅🥹”
