“I like afterbuzz generally, but these guys are just not the best glee podcast out there. In fact, they can be so infuriatingly incorrect in their discussions that I have gone from "hate-listening" to being unable to listen to them anymore.
Take the "Girls (and boys) on Film" episode - they started talking about how the opening number would have been shot, and how it was a rotating room but probably harnesses. DO SOME RESEARCH - yes it's a rotating room but no harnesses, oh and Glee has actually used a rotating room set before - for the "Scream" number. Also, it's actually quite a common device.
Take the "Sadie Hawkins" episode where they're talking about Tina Cohen-Chang and how she supposedly "never gets the guy or the happiness". WERE YOU WATCHING for season 2 and 3?? When she was HAPPILY with Mike Chang for most of the time? They were kissing in almost every episode for which they were together!
Also for that episode, they commented that they didn't know if the story of a straight girl liking a gay guy had been done before.... uhhh yeah in Season 1 with Mercedes and Kurt???
The Gleeful Podcast is much better - they don't always agree, there's limited "groupthink" and the people actually seem to have watched the show and have some basic knowledge...”
