Jennifer Cohen is a best-selling author, brand strategist, international speaker, and educator with a specific focus on building healthy habits to drive positive behavioral change. She has been mentioned as one of the "100 Most Influential People in Health and Fitness" by Greatist and is currently ranked #16 "Most Impactful Fitness Entrepreneurs" by Web MD. She is the CEO of Suprema. It provides guidance, management, strategic and advisory services for individual and corporate brands, both emerging and large. Some of her clients include Weight Watchers, KIND bar, Tru Niagen, Muscle Milk, Tonal Gym, and Loews Hotels. Jennifer was also the co-founder of Hot 5, a very popular fitness App that was ranked #1 in the Apple App store and acquired by Weight Watchers in 2016.  She took her wealth of knowledge to center stage when she was invited to deliver her signature “10% Target” as a TED talk, which has garnered over 3 million views in only a few short months. Jennifer is also a best-selling author. Her audience is waiting with bated breath for her much anticipated fourth book, slated for release in the winter of 2022.
