“This is gonna seem like a hate post but hang with me! So I first gave this show a listen in 2018 and it made me realize I live in a bubble because I didn’t know anyone who still thought those kinds of jokes were funny. Big yikes. Gave it another chance in 2023 because I was missing How To Heretic and Dan was guest hosting. Massive improvement in both jokes and politics. Way to level up, guys. It may not be for everyone but if you grew up in fundamentalist religion, you’ll find the hours of laughter deeply cathartic. Originally I’d have given the show one star, now I’d give it six if i could.”
