Before Hideki Matsuyama emerged as the face of Japanese golf, Ryo Ishikawa, a.k.a the Bashful Prince, was primed to be that rising son. With several wins on the Japan tour before even turning 20, he was well on his way. However, after transitioning to the PGA Tour and the U.S., success did not translate as easily.
