Honest, Relatable, Hilarious
In my early grief, I spent all my time listening to podcasts and buying books to read, searching desperately for people I could relate to, who were talking about the really difficult feelings I was feeling, to make me feel normal and like it would be ok. This is the only podcast I have continued to listen to since then, and I look forward to each new episode. Sally and Imogen really do delve into the topics that most people avoid, whilst being honest and open about how losing their mums in different ways have effected them. The guests they chose share their stories so eloquently, and the questions Sal and Im ask are spot on, and never leave you wishing they’d asked more. This podcast made me feel normal, and quite honestly has shaped my grief journey for the better so far. I think I’d be a lot worse without listening to these girls.
