As home prices continue to rise, some will have the opportunity to buy a home in the city; others may inherit a family home in one of the boroughs; many will move to New York and rent an apartment as the majority will come and go. However, few will have conquered the city in such a short amount of time as my guest Demi Palmer has done and did it all before the age of 25.
