agenda-free
So often the people who advise young job-seekers--parents, school advisors, bosses, friends--have their own agenda and bias which can tend to influence their recommendations and advice in a way that's not necessarily in sync with the person's own values and dreams. James and Graduate Job Podcast has no agenda or bias other than to provide a wide range of quality advice on the various nuances of finding your way after college. Great job!

I’ve been in the careers space in the U.S. for 7 years now. This podcast is mainly geared at those graduating from university in Europe, but there are obviously some aspects of job searching after graduation that are universal. Thank you, James, for starting this wonderful podcast!
