“When I first found this podcast I was lost in terms of my career. I’d fallen in to a comms role in a not for profit. I didn’t really care for comms/PR but kept working my way up and changing organisations along the way. I’d always been interested in ‘design’ and things like typography, but it wasn’t until I got the chance to work on a rebrand at one of the organisations I worked at that I began to wish these were the things I was doing all the time. Not rebrands per se, but thinking about how good use of design could be critical for organisations and on some level society. By that I mean, how it can improve how we interact with charities in my case, with things (like public transport), and with people. Anyway, I was in a bit of a slump when I started listening and the podcast genuinely helped nudge me towards leaving my existing role and retraining. I’ve also learnt a ton from the guests on the way. Would highly recommend!”
