“I’ve lived in Tempe for 10 years and my neighbors have moved out and blacks have moved in. Shootouts, assaults, and loitering are now expected with them. City council won’t address these issues due to civil rights concerns. I’m not a religious person but I’m finding structure and quality of life within the church of later day saints. I’ll be moving to Salt Lake City soon where crime is low. I rate this city 2/10 because the college girls are still hot.”
