“Unstructured and slightly sexist with the odd tasteless comment about women. There is no real biographical description juts a lot of “gossip” from “experts”. A true old fashioned (neo imperialistic) British podcast.”

“The host is, as always, excellent. However, the guests can be a little variable, which can distract a little from the historical content. The occasional podcast extra makes for entertaining listening - like being a fly on the wall in the studio after recording.”
