Enid Blyton
This episode annoyed me very much. You were all so hell bent in being politically correct you missed the whole point of Enid Blyton as a writer. You dismissed almost her entire canon with your moral high ground judgements. The times were different then as you mention but then go straight back to your dull disapproval of the phenomena that was Blyton. You whitewash history in that irritating woke millennial way that has become so prevalent and I can’t be bothered following this podcast if all your episodes have you as presenters so firmly inserted into the person and their great life. A word of advice, stand back and present the ‘Great Life’ and let their actions and work speak for itself. Credit your listers with intelligence. We don’t need to know what you think.
