Topic Diversity, Great Mix of Sincerity and Comedy
Chris Long shows that the discipline it takes to be amongst the elite athletes on this planet can translate to other creative pursuits. He presents information in a loose pattern of humor and sidebar, but ultimately he anchors any position with statistics and anecdotes. It is unbelievable how good he is at this in the beginning with a myriad of formats: Interviews, Comedy Bits, Serious Segments, and even the ultimate difficulty level which is solo discussion. He seems to have also discovered digestible spacing for pods thinking about the timeline of consumption by the listener. Gambling pods want takes and stats to fortify positions. Comedy discussions want anecdotes and sidebars. Interviews don’t have to be with the worlds most known person, but they do need interesting real human questions and not softballs ala the Aaron Donald and Ennis interview. All around a great pod. I expect nothing less from an Eagle.

More reviews of Green Light with Chris Long
Insightful and a much needed change of pace from the over the top yelling that unknowledgeable voices use as a crutch. Chris takes time to breakdown his thoughts and that makes them valid. (agree or disagree with the take, if you listen he will explain how he got there and it is fair.)
