“I booked a package holiday with On The Beach thinking they would deal with the flight, hotel etc. Unfortunately because Ryanair ‘do not have a commercial relationship with On the Beach’ it was impossible for me to access the flight. In the end I ended up paying for 2 flights which I cannot access. How can this Company be legal?”

“Great content when you can hear it, half the time you can’t because of this constant elevator music playing in the background.
Overly loud, annoying, and when it drowns out the speaker, it makes the whole thing feel amateurish, like no one actually checks this podcast before it goes out.”
