Having moved to Canada almost a year ago, Heather speaks about the differences and similarities with life at home, how she has gone about building a community abroad, finding balance between pushing yourself and enjoying the present while she also discusses her experience of navigating loneliness in her 20s and the challenges she's faced with burnout and anxiety over the last number of years.
