“I’ve always loved Babylon 5, having watched it during its original run I was completely swept up in the amazing story and how all of the seemingly unimportant and throwaway details planted throughout earlier episodes by JMS bloomed into significant plot points and revelations seasons later. Getting to relive those thrilling days through the fresh eyes and observations of the newbies 30 years later is truly thrilling and about as close as it comes to getting to watch it like the first time once again. Then, once the newbies are jettisoned out the airlock and the spoilery chat begins, getting to relate those first-time questions and predictions to experienced and current knowledge about the entire show’s run adds such thoughtfulness, meaning, and new understandings to even a long time viewer of the show like me.”
