As a health policy researcher, Dr. Esther Choo approaches problems analytically; critically examining the data and sharing the insights. She’s applied this to her work with TIME’S UP Healthcare to address gender equity and sexual harassment in medicine. Some of the same barriers that create health disparities impact the healthcare workforce.
