Rick talks about the concept of power over vs. power with, hoping to shape the culture in organizations towards the second one. Where human beings – which we all are – define the rules of the game together. Rick is the lead consultant for the NTLs global inclusion and diversity leadership program. A key focus area of Ricks work is supporting organizations to work skillfully across multiple dimensions of difference among employees throughout the organization. He has been adjunct faculty at both the American University and Georgetown University’s and he is an award-winning speaker with Toastmasters International.
