“Great episode. I have rescued two GSPs myself and the male I had Luke was very similar to Beau’s story. He was an amazing dog. Luke’s leg was broke when he was young and that is why he was surrendered. The original owner did not want to pay to get it fixed. He had a small limp when we got him and I think that is why no one was adopting him. It was just like Beau, when we saw him we just had to bring him home. He turned out to be a fantastic hunting dog with a great nose and always wanting to please you. This brought back so many memories. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the next episode. I am working on getting my current GSP to test UT this fall. Your podcasts have been very helpful getting us ready for this.”
