Upon waking up in the morming it is a misconception to assume your body has been fasting all night—- during pregnancy i would repeatedly get ‘shamed’ for having high moring numbers no matter what i did.... even with insulin shots at night....
Now not pregnant my morning numbers i can count on 1 finger maybe how many tumes my numbers were ynder 100 in the morning
Sleeping is not fasting your body’s blood sugar actually natuaugoes up during rest
Also your basic insulin resistance info is way too simple people with diabetes (type2included) take insulin cause their bodues need help
the target numbers you spew are inaccurate...all peeople are different
Pleaee be careful maybe just tell people to find an endocrinologist if they think they have blood sugar issues
Also I am highly skeptical of telling people to go out and fet a blood sugar monitor
The test strips are cost prohibitive usually regardless on insurance -
I get being healthy cautious and preventative

Its like the blood pressure cuff at home
In all my experience the cuff at home increases the blood pressure aimply by being there...
