Inaccurate information but healthy living inspiration
I have been enjoying listening to the perspective and advice offered in this podcast, and there is some great information presented, but listeners be wary. It’s peppered with sensationalized and sometimes outright false information. The hosts are obviously experienced in their own health and healing journeys, but I don’t think they have any health education, so take their medical advice with a grain of salt. As a biologist I had to laugh at some of their claims... like how glyphosate “breaks down amino acids” and trace amounts in the GI tract “strip us of amino acids”... I’m not even sure where that came from. I think she was getting confused with how glyphosate inhibits amino acid synthesis in plants and some bacteria. Listeners, make sure to do your own research.
