“I started listening to this podcast earlier this year but I’ve noticed a big change in the quality and how the episodes flow. I get that ads are sponsoring episodes, but the host’s use of ads are excessive. She spends over 6 minutes promoting products and services at the beginning (okay, that’s fine, I get it) but now she interrupts the affirmations with more promotions. It completely disrupts my focus during meditation and repeating the affirmations. The host is defeating the purpose of her own podcast. I hope that she restructures her use of ads to better improve the flow of the episodes.”
