Saturday Morning Stats
I have enjoyed listening to this podcast since I first got into golf about a year ago. I first started listening because I found it insightful and especially with Lou’s knowledge/data a helpful tool in contextualising the journey I have embarked upon. However, in recent months I’ve been put off by the constant overkill of the joke around who’s won the morning stat. For a podcast episode of around 15 minutes, ten of it is spent with Mark going over and over a rather unfunny joke of whether or not he’s beaten Greg or not. You have a professional coach, PGA pro and a data expert at your disposal; so please start using your hard earned experience and expertise to help inform like you used to on the Saturday episode. I often feel for Lou and Greg who try to steer the conversation back to being informative. I know the episode is meant to be a bit of fun, but it used to have a perfect balance of fun and helpful. Now it’s just not fun and also painfully repetitive.

I’m really enjoying the show. The one thing I love is that you stay on point/topic with your episodes. I’m not sure if this is a conscious effort or not but it seems like each episode is about 25-35 minutes, which is the perfect length for each of the topics you tackle.

Loved the Podcast guys. Great insights and discussion. Would love to hear more about why you think cross-handed chipping / pitching is a great method and how you go about increasing speed (outside of increasing muscle mass)

I love Mark and Lou and I think the way all 3 approach the game is great and really helpful, which is why I am rating this 5 stars. Scott is a major tool though and needs to talk 1/2 as much or less.
