“Great show boys. But finally a stat that actually makes true sense. Finally comparing apples with apples (not bananas or oranges)The episode released on the 17Feb 2024. Comparing greens hit from two different handicaps and acknowledging that pro’s would have to hit a 5 iron from 200 yards before the greens hit percentage equals that of a 15 handicapper with a Pw. This is one of the reasons why talking about distance off the tee matters because the 15 handicapper can’t hit their second from so far out and expect a reasonable result like a pro can. That’s part of the reason 15 handicappers are always trying to belt their drives so they can make the next shot even a possibility of hitting the green. Now I can stop yelling at the podcast!!
