Dream Team for political analysis
If you really want the “inside baseball” analysis (not what reporters or activists or politicians are saying/spinning), these are the two guys you should listen to on a regular basis. They explain why decisions are being made the way they are, what the campaign strategists are sweating, and what the political lay of the land will be in 2020. It is the podcast equivalent of Halperin/Heilemann’s tv show during the 2016 cycle, but much better! I’m so glad Mike Murphy is doing a podcast (this from a centrist Democrat), and I’m doubly glad that David Axelrod is the co-host. Fantastic analysis and good humor.
