Sane coverage: politics junky friendly
I love following politics and the strategy elements of campaigning. This podcast is the best available way to follow contemporary us politics through a sane dialogue. Axe and Murphy have great chemistry, their guests are always relevant commentators and the observations made on the show aren’t offered anywhere else (a far cry from the lazy takes, “click-bait” shock journalism and tone deaf bothsiderism offered by their contemporaries like Jake Tapper or Chuck Todd). In an era of either hyper partisan knee jerk reactions or terrible horse race journalism, hacks on tap keeps me up to speed without raising my blood pressure.
