No idea what makes a good movie
I listened to a few of these building up to the new Halloween. Their assessment of this movie is way off, I do not think I ever heard a podcast just reaching for complaints about a movie. This is a slasher movie not Citizen Kane. First they are upset they did not see shots of Haddonfield? This movie actually went deeper than other movies showing the surroundings how about the school scenes, the gas station, the restaurant scenes, did you miss the teenagers walking around??aughhh. The reason the inmates went crazy over the mask is because the director was conveying to us the evil that is still there with Michael the mask gave the inmates something to laugh at that’s it. I could really go on but for them to say they prefer Halloween 2 over this or for them to say the teenagers were not good is nuts. The director did a great job making us care about Laurie’s granddaughter a lot of time was spent here also time was spent with the development of the others also. Not as good as the first one but my god so much better than Halloween 4.

More reviews of Halloweenies
These cats do know their stuff, and I was totally motivated to go back and watch the films I had disregarded, which means they’re doing their job. I disagree with probably 40% of their opinions, but they’re entertaining, and I learned a lot. If you’re a fan, this is def worth your time.

I’m also a fan of The Losers’ Club podcast and I’m tickled to death that I have found kindred spirits who love to dissect and examine every single thing that is horror...Read full review »

I was looking for a podcast to get amped up for the newest addition of Halloween. I love listening but disappointed to hear all of the movies get knocked more than anything. Still fun to watch them even if they aren’t always the greatest (Halloween resurrection still blows)
