I was here anyway
The only thing difficult about this show is finding the button and time to leave a review. The two main protagonists Leah, and her erstwhile boyfriend turned husband, with a ham radio affliction, lead you on a fun round trip through jocularity and hilarity, sometimes related to Ham Radio. If you are here to learn more about Ham Radio to take your US based exam, turn nay run, back to the YTubes for the videos. If you are here for all the related fun for an hamateur lifestyle with all the trimmings and a few sides outside but often related to hamateur radio then this be your place. Greatly appreciate the return to long format podcasts, greater than four hours. For awhile there was an attempt to have incredibly fast paced pods of two hours. But with the expansion of additional sections we have returned the more familiar, comfortable and necessary four hour podcast. I mean face we all love wasting time with this hobby why not add a podcast that can help you do that. It is the best community, includes community, self appointed podcast producers. Email, physical and voicemail repeaters. This thing has it all including a cast of repeating characters including Mike Alfa Zulu, Alabammy Andrew, KFire and the ever present homage to Kark. If Kark can’t do it, nobody can! If you have read this far, you obviously appreciate a wonderful time sink, and this pod is fantastic at that. If you are into hamateur radio and you should be, you should be into this pod, and you aren’t, well you are just wrong. 73, (iykyk) VE3RGO

Love HRCC super helpful. Discovered when I got my GMRS license and was trying to figure out how to program my radio. I have been studying and learning things for my Technician test which I will be taking in Huntington Beach in a few weeks. I too struggle with the power and number aspects of the...Read full review »

It’s great to hear Josh and Leah just talking about things. Very relaxing. The audio from YouTube episodes is good to listen to while commuting, especially re-listening to a Live that I’ve already watched just to catch parts I might have missed. Keep it up!
