It’s my favorite!
The HRCC podcast is a weekly light-hearted romp through all sorts of topics with an over-arching theme of amateur radio (ham radio). In recent history it’s topics have included: Ham radio, Scouts, camping, electric pickup truck, food, kids, cargo straps, adult beverages, life schedules, Parks on the Air, The CW Lounge (my personal favorite), Summits on the Air, vacation, hamfests, foxes, Field Day, preparedness, Adam, study for General license, peppers, crows, glamping, QRP, VHF, UHF, camping, suburban social media drama, nicknames of state residents, and the list continues to grow. This is a very good example of what ham radio operators would call a “good rag chew”. Every episode is packed full of facts, and laughs. I highly recommend it for Hams and the Ham curious. Beware, you might become addicted, and find yourself eagerly awaiting each Friday morning, so you can hear their latest episode. Each episode is of indeterminate length. Sometimes you can spend your whole Saturday listening to Josh and Leah while you go about your chores or hobbies, one of which should be ham radio. Chris AA7CW Diamond POTA Hunter

The interaction between Josh and Leah is fun and refreshing. I am currently trying to get my wife interested by setting up EME on 2M.

It’s great to hear Josh and Leah just talking about things. Very relaxing. The audio from YouTube episodes is good to listen to while commuting, especially re-listening to a Live that I’ve already watched just to catch parts I might have missed. Keep it up!
