Much needed conversation for evangelical-minded folks
Growing up around evangelical folks, you get the impression we have a problem with spiritual matters. I mean we talk about the Holy Spirit, we read the passages on principalities of the air and such but we prefer not to really think about the implications of these realities. We do still exist in a world that is filled with mystery and the unknown, but we’re a lot like Thomas as a culture, preferring what is tangible and tactile. Haunted Cosmos pushes us (very uncomfortably) past that kind of thinking. Evangelicals need this conversation like past generations needed Chesterton to winsomely make us wonder if fairies may in fact exist. Brian and Ben are my new podcast heroes, coming to rescue us from the materialist doldrum of daily living as if eternity is a not yet, when it is already here. The Mothman, ghosts and sasquatch are forcing us to question, not if they exist or not, but rather why we wouldn’t believe in them in the first place. 5 stars!

This is a fantastic podcast on the odd and paranormal from a Christian and more particularly Reformed perspective. Well researched, very solid.

The claims of historicity and interpretation of biblical scripture are absolutely ludicrous. Sad and...Read full review »

Just wow…. This show addresses things that a lot of churches seem to be afraid of. Even though we serve a god of wonder and unexplainable mystery people seem to shy away from the unexplainable. Very compelling! Thank you!!
