“It is astonishing that this monster was allowed such a privilege to go back into the public unsupervised. The system is to blame. Law enforcement was slow to react which didn’t help. Mistakes were made and now the US Marshals are there to help bring closure to the poor family of the victim. I am sure Lester has not been a model citizen. Criminals of this nature just can’t stop what they do. Waiting for the next episode.”
