Helen Sara Johnson is a Doctoral Researcher at Loughborough University, as well as an HR Business Partner with Manufacturing Technology Centre. Helen has over 20 yrs of experience in global engineering and manufacturing organizations and is currently working on her Ph.D. which explores the conflict female engineers may experience between gender and professional identities and the impact that this identity conflict causes at work.
