“THE BEST podcast and resource I’ve found for menopause. I am a midwife and became more educated and empathetic after- surprise surprise- I hit menopause myself. Unfortunately I relied on my “impression” of HRT vs the data on HRT and never prescribed (or asked about varied symptoms).
