Description
I am fortunate enough to welcome Rob English to Health & Care. He is a researcher, medical editor and the founder of Perfect Hair Health where he focuses on evidence-based options for slowing, stopping and even reversing hair loss. My main interest is in his natural approaches. However, Rob is versed in alternative and conventional hair-loss treatment options. Rob’s story of androgenic alopecia as a youngster is compelling and has shaped the trajectory of his life. He has spent much of his life researching male pattern hair loss and female hair loss. In that research, he looked deep into peer-reviewed science on medications like Minoxidil, Propecia (Finasteride) Rogaine and treatments like hair transplants, low-level laser therapy, light therapy, Biotin, baldness supplements, platelet-rich plasma for hair loss, growth factors, stem cells and a plethora of other therapies. As a result, Rob began to do his own research and has published five peer-reviewed papers on androgenic alopecia. The topics have covered the pathology of androgenic alopecia, an experimental treatment option, the methodological concerns in scalp biopsies, and two articles that were systematic reviews. He takes this topic very seriously and has become an authority on the subject of hair loss. I know you will find this interesting and, if you have a full head of hair or not. You can reach Rob English for free information or his paid service to help you with hair loss at www.perfecthairhealth.com Dr. Fields is a practicing chiropractor in Northern California and can be reached for in-person appointments, as a team member on your health journey via a Telehealth consultation, or for speaking engagements at www.fieldsfamilychiro.com.
